Well, we decided to name her Kittie Scarlett (hope Jim and Bri don't mind). And we had no idea what a survivor she is. She's somewhere between feral and tame, and right at this moment she's hiding in the spot where we store our decorations. We managed to 'lose' her five minutes after she came, because she immediately went to a spot to hide. But during the night she craved affection and was under the covers.
We'll see how it goes . . . I hope it works out. The horrible thing is that she was fixed by a vet for free (just last weekend!) by the Feral Cat Coalition, and they 'mark' their cats -- by tipping one ear. Her right ear has been clipped.
The poor thing.
(Watching tennis while I type . . . Maria is kicking Martina's butt. Hingis really needs to improve that serve. Tonight: Nadal v. Baghdatis. Woohoo!)
So, Happy St. Patrick's Day! I want to celebrate by going to a new Colin Farrell movie. 'Ask the Dust' is at one theater in town (downtown, of course). What a pain, but at least it's playing somewhere. I've watched the trailer at least two dozen times, and I think Colin may even look more beautiful than he did in 'The New World.'
