Just spent about an hour talking to Ira about the documentary project. We have a lot of work to do, once we're officially done with this year's festival and ready to get back to work. I love that Ira's in his 20s and as passionate about the festival as I am.
I slept in until 9:00 a.m. this morning and had some amazing REM sleep with lots of crazy dreams. It felt wonderful. I think I was so sleep deprived I was starting to fall apart. A week from today, I'm taking the day off, my first in four weeks!
We finished our one-hour parade edit yesterday (a day later than usual), after I had spent six hours helping to register artists at the arts festival. Charlie stayed and worked registration while I returned to the office for editing. I had a nasty allergy attack and could barely sit up by the time we got home.
I am so ready for this to be over.
I think we'll go get Thai food. Some spicy fried rice sounds like a good idea . . .
- I feel:barely awake
