Today was all about the move . . . after the longest week in a long time, including a successful board meeting just 48 hours ago, today was a 12-hour day 'preparing' for the move.
An Oregonian reporter met us at the building this morning when the staff got their first tour. Then it was time to learn about the electrical and the security and, unfortunately, the failures at connectivity . . . despite the latter, we loaded up computer equipment and hauled it over. We hooked stuff up in hopes it will be working soon. Please.
We finally left the office at 8:00pm. I watched the sun go down from my new office and took some great photos. (Yes, more photos!) Did I mention today was absolutely gorgeous? Tomorrow's supposed to be even better, getting close to 70 degrees by Saturday. My glass box of an office will be stifling, but I'll be loving it anyway.

The movers come at 9:00am in the morning to get the boxes and files. I guess I'll spend the afternoon unpacking. Or maybe I'll just 'pack it in' and wait until Sunday. I bet we'll be exhausted by noon.
