Had meetings all morning (starting at 7:30 a.m.), then got back from a lunch meeting and my dozen red roses were waiting.
I have to admit, I was wondering. When Kerry got her roses, I was starting to get bugged. (Nothing like expectations . . .)
Anyway, this high school boyfriend thing is more and more intriguing, I have to admit.
Here's what the card said:
"My Valentine, it was 35 years ago today that I had the pleasure of taking you out on our first date. It's true, love never dies. Love, Tom."
Plus, Rich got me a vintage Betty Boop cookie jar he found in an antique store.
Nothing from Ed, though. You snooze, you lose!
ETA: Here's a link to a wonderful 'valentine' from supercaptain182
