Got nails done (and they're still too damned LONG!!), picked up a few things at the office, got a cappuchino at Starbucks and played some computer games while I listened to Colin set off the little mechanical bull I got from our staff party about 20 times in a row. He LOVES it. I have to get a photo and post it here. Then he went for one of his little tootsie pop suckers and jumped completely into the too-small bowl and sent the whole thing, including himself, ass-over-teakettle (as my mom used to say).
I think we'll go have Mexican, then take a ride and look at lights while it's actually dry out. It's supposed to pour tomorrow and Christmas.
After watching 'The Midas Man' on Big Valley last night, I went on a search for info on actor/writer Thomas Tryon who plays one of my all-time favorite TV characters, Scott Breckenridge, in that episode. I found out he supposedly had a relationship with Clive Clerk, another gorgeous actor who was in an ensemble cast back in the early 70s that inspired one of my most iconic orginal characters, Jack Collings. This just seems too damn perfect in some twisted/One Tiny Degree of Separation sort of way. I could go on and on . . . but I won't.
